Warren H. Spencer and Robert Farr established a partnership for the practice of law in 1951. Gary M. Gleason joined the firm in 1966, and William A. Hebe joined the firm in 1972; James T. Rague joined in 1981, and Donald H. Blackwell in 2006. Anne K. Leete returned to Pennsylvania and joined the firm in 2015. Warren H. Spencer passed away in 1991; Gary M. Gleason in 2008. Florence L. Prough joined the firm in October 2022.The firm actively practices in all counties in north central Pennsylvania in State and Federal Courts and represents clients before State and Federal Administrative Agencies. The firm has an active general, civil and trial practice including personal injury, insurance litigation, employment law, workers' compensation, criminal law and estate probate.
